What is Pixel Extended Custom Rom?
So I have been using the Android 11's Pixel Extended Rom for more than 30 days on My Real Me 5 Pro as a daily driver and In this video I am going to share my experience with this rom.
Those who don't know or aren't aware about the Pixel Extended Rom let me explain you that it is same as Pixel Experince rom and its also based on AOSP.
Same like Pixel Experience Pixel Extended Rom offers Vanilla Stock Android with Pixel Exclusive Goodies. The Google Pixel phones are well known for their clean vanilla blotware free light software which comes with excellent cameras, pixel launcher, live caption, unlimited google photos storage(after new policies high quality unlimited)
If you are tired and sick of using the Realme Ui or Color os which is far away from Stock like clean experience and isn't properly optimized, has a lot of battery draining problems(yeah I am talking about Realme UI). I don't know about other Realme Phones that how they are performing and do they have battery draining problems, but for Realme 5 Pro I can conclude that after Upgrading to the Realme Ui (Android10) from Color OS (Android 9) the battery backup has gotten worse.
Hence If you are just like me thinking of Installing a Custom Rom on Realme 5 Pro or you are curious for trying out different custom rom for better Software Experience then you are the right place. In this video I am going to share my usage experience with this Rom and should you install this Rom?

The first and Foremost question is this rom stable and official? Yes, this Rom is Stable and Official.
Perfomance and Ram Management
Now let's talk about the Perfomance and Ram Management. I was amazed by this Rom's Perfomance and ram management. The ui of the system is lag free and as smooth as it can get.The multitasking or switching apps on this Rom is Smooth AF! In Short, you will be getting amazing buttery smmoth perfomance.
Cameras
How's the camera and did all the cameras work after installing this rom? Yes, all the cameras are working but you have to install the GCam because GCam Go is preinstalled which is a very basic camera app. I am using GCam version 7 point 3. Ultrawide Camera is denoted as 2x and macro camera is denoted as 0.5x which also works perfectly.And a note here that slow motion works but its kind of useless so if you use slow motion mode then I wouldn't recommend you to flash Custom Rom.
Battery Backup and Fast Charging?
Battery Backup and Fast Charging?Yes, the Vooc Charging is supported but sometimes it shows Charging or Slow Charging and sometimes it shows Vooc Charging. The Charging time can be considered same as Realme UI because I haven't notice time but it doesn't take too long to charge. If you switch off the phone and then charge it you will get amazing charging speed and as for battery backup its way better than Realme UI. If you are a light or normal user it can last for a whole day.
Fingerprint and Face Unlock?
What about fingerprint and Face Unlock? Yes, fingerprint works perfectly and same goes for Face Unlock. Both are working perfectly fine. But it happened with me once that when my face got detected simultaneously with my Fingerprint my phone got rebooted on its own. I don't think its a major bug and keep in mind that this is the very first intial build based on Android 11 for this phone and now there is a new build out there and i guess it would be better than this.
Bugs?
Is there any Bugs? The another bug I encountered was when I was connecting to the TV the phone was randomly rebooting everytime as I was screencasting to the TV.Now these were the two bugs I encountered in my usage but I don't think this can ruin your experience and they aren't any major bugs and they would have been fixed in the next build which is already out but i haven't tried.

Definitely Yes, The rom is worth the flashing process the perfomance is Sick Af! and the ui, ram management, animations, app opening times are buttery smooth and optimized. You should give it a try once and you will love it.
